All of our chef jackets and chef coats are embroidered using the highest quality thread. All logos and monograms are digitized, and embroider in-house. Most other chef jacket retailers do not offer these services which means your jackets are forced to go through third parties. This increases time and cost needed to customize your chef jacket. Because we digitize and embroider here in-house; you save on embroidery cost, you receive your jackets much quicker, and everything is quality controlled and managed by professionals here at Clement Design®.
We offer a wide variety of fonts, however, if you don't see it on our website it doesn't mean we don't have it or cannot get it! In addition to our many font types we also offer hundreds of different colors available for embroidery, we have simply listed our most popular on product pages for your convenience. We can typically #Hex color match thread to your logo for a near perfect representation of your logo. Q: How do I get you my logo?
A: You just send it to us! Email your logo to our professionals at cs@clementdesignusa.com with your order number or attach it (jpg, png, svg, gif) when you are customizing your chef jacket and we will digitize and send a digital proof as soon as possible. We offer over 250 embroidery color options which allow us to re-create and color match any logo you could imagine.
Q: What am I paying for?
A: There is a standard one-time setup up fee for any customers requesting a new logo embroidery on their chef jacket or aprons (this would be any logo we do not have on file). This process requires digitizing your logo before we can embroider. The $75 fee is charged one time only, remember, this isn't for monogramming this is for a logo you would like to be placed on your apparel. After your initial logo setup fee you may have the same logo embroidered again for the standard embroidery fee of $18.
Q: How much is the fee for logo embroidery?
A: The logo setup fee is a one-time charge of $75 and embroidery costs only $18 per logo. Please note that if you are making a bulk purchase we often offer price breaks for embroidery customization.
Q: How long before I receive my order?
A: Customized products (Embroidery, Logo, or C-YOU customization) may take up to an additional 5-14 business days to ship. Please contact us for specific delivery times if you'd like more information on your order.
Q: Do I have to pay for this fee every time I order?
A: No, after we have your logo on file you will only pay for embroidery. For example, you have already setup your logo and want to order two new jackets with the logo embroidered. The charge for this service will total $36. We are happy to offer some of the most competitive logo embroidery pricing available.
