The all-you-need-to-know about our free logo setup promotion happening in September 2019.
Logo digitization and embroidery can be a costly customization option when selecting your new chef jacket. Although we here at Clement Design offer some of the most affordable and competitive pricing for logo digitization we are always looking for ways to 'step up our game'.
Queue: Free Logo Setup
As seen below this process involves taking your logo, converting to a vector format and exporting that as a DST file which allows our embroidery machines to read, and in turn embroider your logo.
We wanted to address, and answer, any questions we've had about embroidery and this exclusive promotion.
If you have never submit a logo or had us embroider one for you, now is your time. When you order a jacket or apron you can choose the logo embroidery option and we will digitize and embroider in-house (A $75 value, FREE).
With over 200 embroidery color options we are sure to have whatever colors needed to make your logo look as authentic as possible.
1. Adding the Logo Embroidery Option
A. During your jacket selection press the 'Embroidery*' option and select either 'Logo Only- $18' or 'Logo & Text - starts at $28 (for a name embroidered as well)'.
B. Under 'Would you like to add a logo?*' select New Logo to receive the free promotion. Remember: You'll still need to pay for the actual embroidery of the logo (an $18 fee) however, the $75 logo setup fee is waived completely!
C. After selecting new logo be sure to upload a png, jpg, or pdf file of your logo for us to use.
D. Select logo placement and any specific dimensions if you had a size in mind.
E. Leave any additional notes for us if you'd like, and add your jacket to cart.
Bonus: If you want to purchase a different jacket or apron with the same logo, select the 'pre-existing logo' option on the other items.
2. After Placing your Order
A. At this point, you just need to sit back and relax.
B. Within a few days you should receive a logo proof from us via email used during checkout.
C. Once confirmed, and if your items selected are in stock, we will begin the embroidery process.
D. Embroidery is completed in-house so this should only take a day or two before we ship, after which you will receive tracking information for your order.
E. We are based out of St.Louis, Missouri so expect no more than 3 days shipping.
3. Additional Questions
Q1: How long will this promotion last?
A1: We are running the promotion through the entire month of September.
Q2: Do I have to purchase a jacket or apron to setup a logo?
A2: Yes, in order for us to setup a logo you'll have to purchase an item that has logo embroidery.
Q3: What if I want to embroider the same logo in the future?
A3: Logo setup is a one time fee (in this case free). Once your logo is in our system you can have it embroidered at anytime and only pay the embroidery portion ($18). We keep all logos on file so you could have the logo embroidered 10 years from now if you wanted.
Q4: Can you match my color specifically?
A4: We can try to match your Pantone colors specifically, we use the MADEIRA: Poly Neon No. 40 color selection.
